That’s why this first mocktail of the year is a non-alcoholic rendition of the mojito cocktail, packed with a garden of fresh herbs for starting the year out right. Pair this liquid feast with a power salad and keep those resolutions strong.
Ginger Basil Limeade Cucumber Mojito Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
10 fresh mint leaves
3 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp honey or agave
1 lime, juiced
3 cucumber slices
1 cup ice cubes
6-8 ounces Oh Hi Ginger Basil Limeade seltzer
DIRECTIONS
Muddle mint, basil, cucumber, and lime juice in your glassware of choice.
Add Oh Hi GBL, then fill the glass 2/3 of the way full with ice.
Garnish with fresh mint, basil, cucumber slices, and whatever else is clever.
